For consultations regarding flow cytometry, mass cytometry, imaging mass cytometry, spectral cytometry, panel design, basic data analysis, compensation troubleshooting, computational data analysis (tSNE etc), flow core logistics, collaborations, etc.

Quick meeting drop in times (CPC, L5E): no scheduled meetings, drop by to ask quick questions or get an opinion.

9:30 am - 10:30 am; Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays.

 

Weekly data analysis drop-in sessions (CPC, Level 5 East, Medium meeting room 51.03): a number of experts in cytometry and data analysis will be available for a session every week, where you can drop in with data analysis problems (including imaging mass cytometry data analysis), panel design issues, or anything else. No need to book, just drop in.

1:30 pm - 2:30 pm: Wednesdays.
