BD Rhapsody - Single-Cell Analysis System
Overview: The BD Rhapsody is a cellular capture system that prepares cells for single-cell RNA sequencing. It allows for the analysis of the entire transcriptome, or specific target genes, in each cell, in addition to the measurement of proteins through the use of oligo-nucleotide conjugated antibodies, which can be quantified alongside the cells' mRNA.
The single-cell/genomic cytometry space in the Sydney Cytometry Core research facility is comprised of two rooms:
1. Cell preparation/Rhapsody room (pre-PCR)
2. Library preparation/amplification room (PCR/post-PCR) -
Chromium X (10x Genomics)
Protocols and procedures for the system from 10X Genomics, available at the Sydney Cytometry Core Research Facility.
