Flow Cytometry Basics
Our Cytometry Specialists run routine Introductory Flow Cytometry training sessions intended to create a strong foundation in understanding and applying flow cytometry analysis. More advanced training is run is available via our events page.
-
Image Cytometry
Key staff skilled in the application of our Amnis ImageStream and PerkinElmer Opera Phenix provide one-on-one training to researchers interested in starting to utilise the power of Image Cytometry. These sessions are boutique and tailored to your individual experimental needs.
-
Mass Cytometry
The first level of Mass Cytometry training allows users to run samples on the cytometer under supervision, during work hours. Once a sufficient level of competency has been reached, users can operate the instrument unsupervised. Alternatively, facility staff can be engaged to acquire samples on behalf of the user charged at an assisted rate.
-
Genomic Cytometry
Much like Mass Cytometry training, initial Genomic Cytometry training allows users to run samples on the cytometer under supervision, during work hours. Once a sufficient level of competency has been reached, users can operate in the facility unsupervised. Alternatively, facility staff can be engaged to process samples for Genomic Cytometry on behalf of the user at an assisted rate.

Data Analysis
Most initial Data Analysis training can be completed independently. Once researchers are comfortable with the basics of their chosen data analysis software we can assist with more advanced applications. Data analysis is also available as a service in certain circumstances.
